I needed a simple wall charger with no USB components to use with an iPod touch (non-USB complies with work security policies). This fits the bill perfectly. Thus far it seems to be sturdy, and the charge indicator light is a nice feature. -- Just What I Was Looking For

Ok, I understand. You see the price and you think there has to be a catch, or, it doesn't cost anything, is probably crap, and go on with your shopping without buying this item because is to good to be true.
Well, the truth is that I have owned this chargers for about 3 months now, and I couldn't be happier.
I was skeptical at first too, but I took a chance and bought 5 of them. One for the living room, one in the bedroom, one with me at all times in my car or in my bag, and I think I gave the rest as presents. What did I have to lose? [...]$ I think it was the total cost of shipping.
I have an Iphone 3gs, and the day they arrived, wich it was surprisely fast, I was totally convinced that they weren't going to work in my 3gs. But to my surprise they did, flawlessly.
Its been 3 or 4 months, and they all look like new, and I move them around a lot. I cant say the same with the charger that came with my iPhone, in lees time than that, the rubber that protects the cable where it connects with the jack broke loose.
The quality of the charger was higher that I was expecting, the cord is heavier and sturdier (is that a word)than the one apple gives with the iPhone, and to be honest, we are talking about a [...]$.
So, go ahead, I had no problems with it, it does the job, and my advice is that you get a bunch of them.

I bought a few then after trying on a few iphones and ipod I found that it worked just as good as the ones in the box from apple ... no brainer, especially at this price. -- works great with edge 3G and 3GS iphones
