I don't understand why the first reviewer said this is poor quality. This is a $17 case and the quality meets this price perfectly. Very functional, the designer took the time to think about everything to make it FUNCTIONAL. It fits perfectly the screen area. I have owned a MOBO brand, and I always had this problem the screen space was a little shorter. In top a hole to insert the mini plug audio cable, inside, a slot just for one card. The space fitting the area on top the iPhone is good enough to not cover the sensors that prevent when you are in a call you accidentally touch and activate buttons (by turning off the screen while you are holding the iPhone in front of your face).
Pictures say more than thousand words. I have taken 5 shots to highlight what I consider the essential views of the products. For $17, you can't go wrong. There is another similar version SENA brand Sena Dockable Case for Apple iPhone 3G, 3G S (Black) with a much higher leather quality for around $50. It is your decision. Phone cases last around a year or two. paying an extra $33 won't make it more durable, besides this case look standard, not cheap.

This is a great case for my iPhone 3G. It is extremely affordable and allows me to carry a few essentials ($20, driver's license, debit card and my grocery shopping card) on my hip in lieu of a bag. I would pay more for better quality, but as it is I'm just replacing the one I've worn out and for the price I don't mind if it doesn't last forever. -- Highly functional, good price
I got this for an iTouch and the openings for the earphone jack do not exactly line up correctly. Otherwise, it is great and the price was outstanding! -- iTouch
