This screen is awesome and I'm very happy that I replaced my old busted one. Colors are crisp, and it works great completely dimmed or brightened.

I don't notice any significant differences between this screen and Apple's, so if you can replace yourself I highly suggest you use this one.

Product shipped next morning after purchasing, much to my delight. And included with this screen is the tools you'll need for the job (suction cup, mini screw driver, precision picks) and a high quality screen cover for your glass (highly recommended). There was a web address to a Youtube video with instructions, so really anyone can do this themselves.

A few tips: Watch an instructional video several times before starting, you will appreciate the thoroughness once you've got your phone disassembled. Be EXTREMELY careful when handling your new LCD screen. LCD screens are not weight bearing and aren't meant to bend, it's easy to bust an LCD screen (whether it's Apple's or this one). Clean your work station before you start the job, less dust on your table means less chance of dust settling atop your LCD, which drives me insane. Finally, take your time! There is no need to rush so get it right the first time. From power-off to restart, this job took me less than 10 minutes. I've taken several iPhones apart though, so I knew what I was doing. Don't be afraid to spend an afternoon making sure you're doing everything right.

Overall: I couldn't be happier that I finally bought this. It's much cheaper than you'll find on most sites and the quality is 10/10. ANYONE can do this repair. New iPhones come out every summer, so don't spend the spring looking at a broken screen. -- iFixed!
