Clear so you can see the color of your iPod. I have two 4th gens since I don't need th radio or video camera. I like the flat back so that it doesn't roll around on your desk. It has another back with a clip, but I have not used it. I guess it could be useful while walking or working out. This is one of the better cases I have had. -- Very happy

I ordered this case to use with my 4th Generation iPod and I absolutely LOVE it! I had tried an armband first, and found it to be uncomfortable on my arm and awkward to keep the cord out of my way since I'm usually cooking or doing other household chores when I listen to my iPod. This case is, for me, much better. It's clear, so I can still see the original color of my iPod. The back of the case has a clip on it, so it can easily be clipped to my waistband (either upside down or right side up, depending on preference). It also comes with a flat back in case you just want to slip it into a pocket or bag without clipping it to anything.
