The sync cable for my iPod Touch started to fray at one of the connection points so I wanted a replacement. The apple replacement part was almost $20 and that was way more then I wanted to spend. This combo pack was like $10 and the sync cable works with itunes as well as charging and the other components work as well. I have to say that this is a great value, not only do you get the sync cable but the wall and car charges which alone are usually more expensive then this. -- Cheap Option

I have been using this for about a year now and love it! The same items from ipod brand would cost a TON more and would likely have to be bought separately. I was very pleased with the price and the fact that it was a packaged deal, and I've been completely satisfied with the function as well! -- Great price for a great product!
