I bought four of this cables, they all work perfectly. In my opinion they are better than the original cables; they are longer, they have two release buttons and the end of the cable attached to the phone connector is flexible, not rigid as the original cables which tend to break easily if you are not careful. Some people have complained about not being able to sync or charge, if that's the case just send them back and get new ones! -- Better than the originals!!
